How do I download a fresh dist of 4.7.x via CVS?  I can't seem to make it
work via cvs update -dP or csv checkout DEV_4_7_0.  When in /usr/local/src
I did an cvs update -dP and saw a line that said cvs server: updating
interchange/lib/Vend/Payment - but then there's no directory by that name
in existence.
