[ic] Bug in Construct demos admin/access_permissions page

I reported this earlier, but no-one noticed this.

This occurs in the admin/access_permissions page:

Here is how to find the bug:

1. Create a new administrator
2. Go to permissions
3. Deselect one of the checkboxes in the Table Permissions (eg. Edit
permission for the Ground table)
4. Press OK
5. Scroll down and look at the column you unchecked the checkbox from.

You see now that all checkboxes under the unchecked one are now unchecked.

I don't think this should be a feature..
