[ic] 4.8.2 to 4.8.3 upgrade question

Thanks for the reply.

I notcied it tried to overwrite my interchange.cfg, but instead saved it as 
interchange.cfgnew instead.

I found the differences and made the change in my file.

just wanted to make sure the core executables were upgraded.
