[ic] grrrrrrr going nuts

i cant figure it out. ive tried everything. this error has totally stumped
me. wish i could get this working. ive followed everyones directions on this
list. this is the closet ive gotten. no luck at all. as far as specifying
the ups file i cant find it. it seems to be locating the zone file
correctly. the error seems to be saying that ups isnt enabled on my site.
when i did the wizard i disabled ups. and now im trying to use it so i need
to enable it. i cant find a variable for it in any tables. so if anyone has
further info please help. thanks in advance.
