[ic] Shipping problem causing me to almost close

isn't that like 400$. I cant afford to blow that kind of money. my next best
option is switching to miva or something. there gotta be another cart where
shipping isn't such a pain to do. I wanted IC for the inventory but I don't
really need it. I don't know what to do. I suppose im screwed.
