The value of any price in any field must be 123.45 and not 123,45! You
can test it with perl like

$a = 123,45;
$b = 123.45;
$c = $a * 100;
$d = $b * 100;
print "c = $c\n";
print "d = $d\n";

and you will get

c = 12300
d = 12345
