G'Day Michel,

Actually the problem is with the C libraries and compiler that comes with
7.1/7.2... You can download the DMA CD for 7.1 from RedHat's ftp server and you
will find all the CPAN modules you need on it in RPM format.

I was hoping the problem would be resolved by 7.2, but it hasn't been yet. It is
something to do with the newer glibc libraries and the gcc compiler and how
RedHat has them configured.
