Sure it does - is that shipping price per piece, or per type regardless of 
quantity? Do you ship anywhere in the world for that price?  I'm sure with 
a few moments thought I can come up with more...

You're never going to get an answer unless you are willing to put forth the 
effort to provide basic details like this.  I think that is what others 
have been trying to indicate.
