A bit of warning regarding the CPAN install routines....

I once did as suggested below, and allowed CPAN to auto install some
needed modules. It promptly decided that I was running an outdated
version of perl (I was up to date w/rt RH rpms), and proceeded to upgrade
my perl to the latest version, without giving me a chance to say no. The
upgrade continued for quite some time, (I was on a T1) and when it was
done, several of my previously running perl scripts were now broken. It
took several more hours to remove all of the perl from my machine and
reinstall from the RH rpms. I had several clients on the machine who were
inconvenienced by this rogue action.

I would recommend hunting down the needed CPAN modules one by one, and
installing them by hand. It took me almost an hour to get the CPAN
modules I needed for IC, but it was better than the many hours spent the
last time.

Here are the modules (and dependent modules) I needed to install:

Funny, it would seem to be fairly simple and very helpful if the
installation documentation for IC would provide this list....

Bundle-libnet-1.00.tar.gz
MIME-Base64-2.12.tar.gz
URI-1.17.tar.gz
HTML-Parser-3.25.tar.gz
SQL-Statement-0.1021.tar.gz
libnet-1.0901.tar.gz
HTML-Tagset-3.03.tar.gz
Safe-Hole-0.08.tar.gz
libwww-perl-5.62.tar.gz
