[ic] makecat fails to create usable catalog 4.8.3-1 noarch

Hello Tim and Jim,

I'm not gonna "get into" the fun that both of you are having . . . but Tim -
I did have this same problem and was able to correct it by insuring that all
of the Interchange Perl modules were downloaded and installed.  I seemed to
have been missing a few . . .

Oh yeah - I wanna be in a movie (maybe co-starring in something like Titanic
2) - know any contacts at WB???  HA!  I'd like starting pay at $8 mil . . .
