[ic] Interchange on Mitel SME

Anyone successfully running Interchange 4.8.3 on Mitel's SME v5.0?

I've set it up according to a how-to, but it is not working.  I keep getting
the "We're sorry the server is either not available or very busy" error when
the page comes up.

I also ran into an error when running makecat.  According to my httpd logs
Apache is running with the suexec wrapper.  When I answer yes to the CGIWRAP
or SUEXEC prompt make cat exits with an error "chmod: no such file or
directory".

Any ideas?
