[ic] Images question

Right, but should it have been correctly copied to the DocRoot instead of a
default location? I'm just thinking this may be a small oversight in the
makecat script.

Seeing how so many people have trouble setting up ic, it would be logical
that everything that is supposed to be in docroot would automatically be
copied there so one would not have to go back and do post-install file
copying.
