[ic] FORUM - instead of Mailing List

I've been trying to stay out of this.   But if someone starts a forum, 
put up a 2 way email gateway with the list so that those who prefer the 
list (like me) can continue on the list and those who wantg the forum 
can use the forum and have their posts go to the list etc.  There are 
already people out there who have set up their lists/forums like that 
and it is common with some netnews newsgroups.
