Check your catalog.cfg for the __SECURE_SERVER__/__IMAGE_DIR__ 
variables.  Make sure that they are correct, and make sure that the files 
are where they are supposed to be on the secure server.  (check your 
symlinks).  It also might be a chmod problem.
