[ic] UI and Tables

Dear Dan,

(Good name, by the way).

Here's what I do:

1. Create the table in the database, get all the formats right, test some
SELECTS, etc.
2. Build a CATROOT/db/mysql/<tablename>.mysql file, using the
easy-to-understand format that you can learn by reading the other .mysql
files.
3. Restart IC.

That seems to work for me. But for some reason, I can't get it to work if I
don't create the table ahead of time. Though IC has the purported ability
to create the table as it's defined in the .mysql file if it finds the table
doesn't exist.

My question: How do you stop IC from writing out the database text files in
products/*.txt? Do you use NoImport? (Or NoExport?)
