[ic] 2 currencies for price?

Thomas, for our B2B system for our distributors, one is in England and
when they connect in, they not only see their purchase from from us in
US$, but also their suggested resale price in US $ and in British
Pounds.

I do this with the setlocale tags

[setlocale locale=en_US currency=en_US]
and
[setlocale locale=en_UK currency=en_UK]
