[ic] run time error can make file...

Help!!

My sessions file was getting quite huge so I deleted all of the subfolders
of the directory. And now I get internal errors related to the run time
error. 

The error states...

directory

I know its related to the fact that I deleted the subfolders...so now how do
I reset interchange so that it will start recording all new session files
