[ic] Remove validation of zip code

Hi,

I am wanting to prevent the form validator from checking the zip code, so
that I can put in a custom value or even a UK postcode on the checkout page
and have it accepted - instead of the red message telling me I havent
entered a valid us or Canada code - can anyone help ?
