[ic] Submit [total-cost]

Awesome !!  Thanks very much !!  :o)

Is it possible to get the submit button or the paypal button to (a) submit
the order details to interchange (but not the credit card stuff) and (b)
send the customer (with the [total-cost noformat=1], ) to paypal all in one
go - IE one button, one press?
