[ic] Upload file permissione denied

In the admin interface I create a user who con manage Orders, Items, Price
and Merchandising info. All seem OK, but if I try to upload one of the two
image for a item I get the error message:

Sorry, no permission for the page files
Please correct and try again.

Maybe you need to log in?

------------------------------

Which options I have to check in the access administration (or somewhere
else) to able a user to upload such file ?
