Well, if you looked into the archives before posting you probably
already read:

I got the following answer:

> echo Variable UI_LOCALE_DE 1 >> $INSTPATH/interchange.cfg

Please not, that this is for the admin frontend but with some
look the variable names are similar. Well, on the other hand I
cannot imaginge that the parser sets options based on the names
of variables. But maybe with that info you find the answer by
checking out interchange.cfg?
