[ic] SSL Setup - URGENT HELP PLEASE

I am currently hosted with webfusion.co.uk and i am having difficult in 
setting up the thier secure server to work with Interchange. The secure 
server is www.secure-website.com/Ascotv and my site is on www.ascotv.co.uk.

They do not run on the same server. Also i cannot create sub-directory on 
thier secure server. I dont have a clue on how to set this up.

I need someone to tell me a step by step guide on how to set a secure 
server.

This is a problem I will be facing soon, where is your cart hosted? as I am
setting one up for the UK also.
