[ic] Still no release notes ??

Sorry if this is available somewhere else, but I cant find anything in the
way of release notes for IC.

I would love to be able to at least know some of the major improvements
made to IC since it went from MV 4.04a.  Dont need a point-for-point
list but stuff like major database stuff, "kewl" tags and so on.

Any part of the docs show diffs between MV and recent IC releases ??
