Been hunting for info on this and I know I saw it at one point but am 
unable to find it now.

is there a way to take the Admin UI and just make it so clients can 
JUST edit the databases?
No file uploads, no order transactions.
Just a straight DB editor (simular to the top part of minimate).

I think someone mentioned at one point there is a way to limit the 
menus in the interface by editing something.

Any pointers?
