[ic] What todo when you have no http.conf

Well, the makecat on my machine doesn't make the httpd.conf either.  So, I
had to do the httpd.conf by hand.

I assume you mean for makecat?  Just enter the requested information when 
prompted.  Most of it pertains to simple directory information.
