Garry,

I added the following to the table in results.html (which is found in the
pages sub directory).  You will of course want to add a new column to the
header for the table as well.

<td valign="top" width="60">[if-item-field image]<IMG SRC="items/[item-field
display]" ALT="[item-description]" BORDER="0">[/if-item-field]</td>

worked great for me in 4.6.5
