[ic] Interchange on Cygwin

Hello all,

I am trying to run Interchange 4.7.6 on Cygwin 1.3.2/Windows 98 and it works 
partially. For example, when I try to enter in the admin interface I never 
answer from the server. Sometimes even after the page is loaded the browser 
seems to wait for more output from the server. I use Apache 1.3.20 and perl 
5.6.1. I do not if this port is supported or not, but it could be nice to run 
this powerful software on Windows.
