[ic] Limiting Shipping based on cart?

Are there any other (ie easier :) ) ways to do this?  I'm relatively new
to interchange, and *need* this capability.  Also, can I set  a minimum
shipping weight if one of these "fresh food" items exists in the cart, but
no minimum shipping weight normally?
