I highly recommend that you join a Mysql or any SQL mailing list.

The MySQL lists are great, you'll probably get a response if you post 
there.  The address is something like:
         mysql-subscribe@lists.mysql.com
But I can't recall for sure.

BUT, you should be able to use some kind of command like:

DELETE FROM merchandising WHERE sku LIKE "os%";
