[ic] Interchange 4.7.x release date has been set

My inside source at RedHat leaked that Interchange 4.7.0 proper is going to 
be released in the next 2-4 weeks.  (Something about finishing the last 
bits on the new 'Foundation' demo catalog).

Mike, can you confirm or deny?
