What type server and is it remote or inhouse?  Also, are you hosting other
sites that may be eating up your bandwidth?

Look at the drive space left if NT or SWAP size if Linux/Unix and icrease if
needed.

How much RAM?  I would recommend at leat 256, preferably 512.

Look at the OUTbound connection on the server.  See if it may be slow there
as well.  If so and it's not anything else mentioned, try replacing the
Ethernet card or the cable.  Those can go out and cause huge slowdowns.
