This drove me nuts for hours the other day, Dan.

Don't try to create a new table.  You'll just go insane if you do.  What I
finally ended up having to do (with tremendous thanks to Allen), was the
edit the UPS Ground module instead.  Give that a try, and see if it works
for you.

I need to make shipping based on the total $ amount of the order.  I put the
items in the shipping.asc file but it doesn't show up in the shopping cart.
I still get 0.00 shipping cost.  What am I doing wrong>??
