I don't know why that's not working for you, it sounds like a problem in 
your .pgsql file.  You could rule out that it's not your .txt file by 
CREATE'ing the table by hand and 'touch'ing a prezzi.sql file in the 
products/ directory.  (That would narrow it down to a problem with your 
.pgsql file at least).
