FW: [ic] Where is the interchange.cfg file in 4.7.2

I posted this yesterday and need some help. I would like to continue testing
4.7.2 but cannot without this info.

I looked in /etc but all that's there is the old file remarked out. I cannot
find the interchange.cfg file that's being used. Please help.
