[ic] Interchange Installation steps

I figured that out. I started interchange as root and it works but it now
complains about the Bundle::Interchange I tried using perl -MCPAN -e'install
Bundle::Interchange' but unfortunately selected a bad url
(ftp.freesoftware.com) and now that url is saved in some config file and
doesn't work. Is there any other way to get that bundle? or to fix this?

Thanks for the help.
