[ic] Promotional Pricing

Curt-

What version of IC are you running?
I am running 4.6, and the only options i have are:
Promotions, Teaser, Closer, Timed?, Start Date and End Date.

I was going to add the discount options myself, but if there is already a
method for doing this...
