[ic] Multiple Shipping Addresses

Hello,

It looks like the multiple shipping addresses was added, but not completely
thought through.  I'm working on fixing the places where it comes short.  So
far, I've managed to get the ship addresses available in the admin, through
adding them to the orderline db.  It seems like this should be standard
procedure, so if anyone at RH/IC/Akopia wants the code for that, I can send
it on.
