[ic] Running 4.6 and 4.8 concurrently

Install to two directories:

/usr/local/ic482
/usr/local/ic465

Start with two different commands:

/usr/local/ic482/bin/interchange
/usr/local/ic465/bin/interchange

What is the output of the startup commands and/or error.log?
