[ic] Still Clueless

Here is the result:

lsh107:~/interchange-4.8.1$ perl ./Makefile.PL
opendir(./../..): Permission denied at /usr/lib/perl5/5.6.0/FindBin.pm line
143
Can't write uid file: Permission denied
lsh107:~/interchange-4.8.1$

Same error. Would it be that I need to get my site host to check and see why
I cannot get a uid file written?
