[ic] Vend::Payment::Skeleton

A year ago, in the CVS log for  interchange/lib/Vend/Paument.pm   see
http://interchange.redhat.com/cgi-bin/cvsweb/interchange/lib/Vend/Payment.pm

mention was made in Revision 1.1.2.1 that:

  "* There will be a Vend::Payment::Skeleton to show adding your own
    payment module."

Has there been any more work on adding this item, or did it evolve into 
something else, or did I miss seeing it entirely?
