[ic] Changing Default Username

If the user can create a login username BEFORE the end of the checkout
process then its possible for someone to login before they have paid for the
subscription and circumvent the checkout sequence. Has anyone else
encountered this problem? I would like to make someway for the current
customer to be able to create a account with a name and password, but I
don't want the person to be able to login until they have completed the
checkout process.

I can only seem to achieve this with a default username and password. Does
anyone have any solutions for this?

P.S. If the user enters a username/password at some point in the checkout
process, would it be possible to enter this only at the final point in the
checkout process, so that the user account is created after the checkout
button completes processing the card.
