[ic] login problem

Hi All,
if I click on SERVICE  and fill-out the login form with username "ron" and
password "pass" the page process.html is shown with the mess "Welcome to the
interchange Foundation Store-! This site is......

Why can't I see the customerservice page ? is there no mess with  -username
or passw. is not correct-  or something like that ?, I think I saw some
mess.

If I try to create a new account with "ron" and "pass" I get the mess
"Username already exists"

If I open the mysql-table userdb the username "ron" and the passwort "pass"
is available.

can anyone give me a hint ?
