[ic] pretty consistent error

When working in the 4.8.3 UI, and hitting OK after changing a value or 
setting in the Items, I am pretty consistently getting the:

Sorry, the page (products) was not found
The requested page (products) was not found. You can return to browsing our 
catalog, if you wish.

What can I do to fix this?  It feels like a bug....  Also, what is that 
error page called so I can edit it?
