[ic] Interchange on Windows 2000 and IIS 5

Hi all,

I have been researching open source applications similar to Interchange and
I have a few questions for you.  Please respond to my email directly as I
am not registered on the list.

Can Interchange run on Windows 2000 and IIS 5?  I cannot change this so
please no email about how Windows or MS sucks.
If so, where can I find some documentation for it?
