I've been with them for just under two months and have
had the exact same experience.  My web site went down
early this Sunday morning and did not come back up
until about 3:00 Monday afternoon.  I woke up today to
find that it had been down again since 11:00 pm last
night and is still down as I write this.  I too
repeatedly sent support emails and used the
"emergency" pager with no response.  I left voice
mails on every voice mail box there yesterday (during
business hours) and nobody ever called me back.  In
addition they have been totally non-responsive to my
requests that they straighten out parts of my IC that
have never worked properly since my move there, even
though those parts worked fine before the move.  I am
moving to a new host I found here on this list and you
should as well.  Sure, they cost more, but what I lost
in sales the last two days will more than pay for the
entire move and the extra hosting costs for a year. 
In addition my new host clearly understands the
software inside and out and so far has been extremely
responsive and helpful.  Other than the time I spent
checking him out, the move is taking very little of my
own time.  Email me privately if you would like to
know who it is.
