[ic] Mike's Tree Mod - convert into Left Nav Component

I can't seem to get the list to display.

Should I leave the total default tree code in place and just plug in the tree component code? Or, should I remove any of the original tree code?

I'm really hopeful that this will work out. It could solve some issues.
