I've been playing around with this issue myself and hope to have
something substantial to show for it in a couple weeks. As Mike
told me on 11/7/2001, you can set [tmp mv_force_cache]1[/tmp]
above your link(s) and interchange won't create any below that
with mv_session_id (including process links, which are my main
concern). I was in the process of writing a usertag to replace
[page] for process links but haven't been too motivated to
finish in the last month as google went through and indexed most
of my dynamic pages. Google is fully capable of indexing them
but the spider usually doesn't unless the pagerank is high
enough for your site. This month it didn't index them though
so I'm waiting to see if they will still be in the index. If
not, I'll have to work overtime to finish rewriting these links
to make them look static.
