[ic] where's the CSS file

I use a ssh terminal program called putty.exe and log into the server 
manually to make these changes. There might be a place in the admin section 
to change it, but I needed to get more familiar with the Linux programs so 
it was the best solution for me.

Remember to apply changes, after you change the theme.cfg file to actually 
see that you have made the changes.
