[ic] where's the CSS file

ahhhh...it worked...I use iglooFTP Pro 3.2 for windows
then I selected edit...notepad opened up...and I edited it...then
saved/closed and it 
uploaded the file back...ok...now how do I change the buttons...at the
top?
also...does this program actually have a merchant account etc for
processing credit cards?
or do i need to set one up or get one like IBILL.com?
