I would guess, just off the cuff, that this is an Apache issue.

If the HTML displays correctly, why do you see it as text?   Wrong 
headers?  Both of the pages you reference are SSL.  It may be that "other" 
browsers decide that even though the content-type is plain text, that they 
should render it.

This problem seems slightly familiar to me, but I can't think of a 
solution...  try the archives?  Search google?

You may have some luck forcing the doctype in the <head> of the HTML.
